Biz#CallCenter is a web application to manage advertising and tele marketing campaigns through outbound call centers. The scope of the product is to manage, supervise and track telephone calls, while monitoring sales.
The application, built with the coooperation of a few call centers, allows management to plan every aspect related to campaigns, peculiarities of telephone calls, and to monitor the trend through complete and efficient reports. Furthermore, the operator interface is simple and user - friendly and does not require any experience with web applications, allowing better operator productivity and simplified administration.
Using the web, remote operators and administrators can work and monitor their activity from any premises, as long as connected to the internet.
The main functionalities are:
- Customer master, operators, campaigns and their results, products;
- Call planning, with the option to use the automatic planning engine and manage exceptions manually, according to preference or situation;
- Orders history and calls made, with complete tracking or call results, searchable by date, operator, campaign and other parameters;
- Management of bordereau for shipments (can be integrated with carrier for deliveries of sold products);
- Purchasing orders (if selling through web catalogue);
- Per operator weekly and monthly selling reports;
- Per operator weekly and monthly productivity reports;
- Per operator / campaign efficacy reports and statistics (realizations);
- File import of call lists (txt, excel, ...);
- Data export and reporting for external companies.
